Grinberga studied at the Janis Rozentals School of Art, the State University and the State Academy of Fine Arts from 1975 - 1988. Her works are regularly shown at national and international fairs and are part of public collections at the State Museum of Fine Arts in Latvia, the Zimmerli Art Museum in New Jersey and the Museum am Dom Würzburg. Grinberga lives and works in Berlin, Germany.
