Kathy Dimmitt is the founder and Principal of Dimmitt Contemporary Art. Her proven expertise as an art advisor for over 8 years prior to opening DCA positioned her as a leading advisory firm for contemporary art in Texas. In 2018, Kathy expanded her firm by opening a permanent gallery space which represents emerging and established contemporary artists. Kathy’s long-standing relationships with designers, private, corporate, and institutional collectors helps foster compelling dialogues between her artists and buyers.
Sarah Busch joined Dimmitt Contemporary Art in 2019 as their Senior Art Advisor with over 12 years of experience in the commercial and non-profit art world. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Arkansas. Sarah directed art galleries for 6 years which led her into private art dealing, curatorial, and art advising opportunities. Her clients and relationships span across the UK, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Through education, gallery collaborations, studio visits, and art fairs, Sarah helps private and corporate clients make prudent decisions to build treasured collections in a complex world market.
Bailey Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Business Administration from Louisiana State University and studied New York contemporary art market trends with Christie’s Auction House. Her experience spans from research, archiving, and collections management; holding positions in New York with Kate Bellin Contemporary and Lydia Kutko Art Consulting as well as commercial galleries. After joining Kathy Dimmitt in 2016 as an art advisor, together they repositioned as a permanent gallery space launching Dimmitt Contemporary Art in 2018. Bailey now serves as the Gallery Director overseeing all operations and supporting client relations.
